It’s as simple as that.

No thinking is required. Even looking at a single colour will produce an effect, but with The Keys of Awareness a lot more energy is present.

Colour has a deeper meaning than you might suspect.  Colour is also the quickest and easiest access to the subtle and unseen energies that surround us all the time.

Colour reflects the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, aspects of your life.  Your energy field, and your own thoughts and feelings, can actually be seen in full colour, as in the Aura. There is, however, a more direct way you can tune-in to this energy through colour.

Each colour doesn’t have a set meaning, although many ancient systems align spiritual, mental, and physical, aspects to certain colours,  as in the  Chakras.

Colour is energy.  You can represent the energy spectrum through colour, so that the full range of colours are the intangible energies seen physically.  The energies are shown to you visually in full colour, without the need for theory, explanation, or concepts.

Through Direct Awareness of colour, shape, form, light, and movement,

         you have another way of discovery and enlightenment.   

You can ‘see’,  know, and feel, these intangible energies for yourself
